i really like the character art and the writing--learning how the characters view each other is really engaging. i also like how the worldbuilding is revealed to you (characters just offhand mentioning stuff), it feels very natural.
The multicolored line art is so good and makes it feel like something weird is happening at the institute. I also like how it's structured like you're exploring the facility, makes it feel like you're actually in a space. Learning from Shu-Gong that the other two are actually somewhat unpleasant was a good twist, considering how nice they are to you at the beginning. looking forward to seeing what happens later on.
I really enjoy that the player has the autonomy to explore different locations and unlock different dialogue. Your characters are also very visually striking and easy to remember. Do you plan on letting the player re-visit the dialogue choices they've already chosen or do you envision yourself removing them after they get seen?
Even though it's unfinished your story has really good bones, I'm interested in the character dynamics and learning more about the world and how our character got here. Your art and character sprites are really well done, i found the iridescent color palate really unique, I think the multicolor lineart is a strong choice and adds to the sort of alien quality of the story. I'm excited to see where it goes next!
